StrongFirst, founded by Pavel Tsatsouline is a "school of strength." The StrongFirst program focuses on the use of kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight to help each individual reach high levels of strength quickly and safely.
In order to become stronger, you must first have a strong foundation. Original Strength is the foundation for becoming the strongest possible you. Through Original Strength practices, one is able to truly improve strength, mobility, and stability.
The goal of the Functional Movement System is to help individuals move better, and with improved movement, to move often. After completing the Functional Movement Screening, our trainers will guide you on your way to improved movement.
